To purchase tickets for our outdoor cinema events, the user must follow the purchase procedure indicated on the Site. Tickets are sold exclusively online and delivered electronically to the email address provided by the user.<\/p>

After completing the purchase, the user will receive a confirmation email with the tickets to be presented at the entrance of the event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICIES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of tickets within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the date of the event has not passed. To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@solax.selvadigital.dev of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by means of an unequivocal statement.<\/p>

Once the withdrawal period has expired, tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation of the event by the Company. In case of cancellation, a full refund of the ticket price will be offered.<\/p>

In case of cancellation of the event, the refund will be made using the same method of payment with which the purchase was made, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
