Tommy and Austin Tilden are a father and son who run a small family morgue in a quiet town. One night they receive the body of a young woman, found with no signs of violence or identity: Jane Doe. As they progress through the autopsy, they discover impossible anomalies: healthy organs, internal fractures, strange symbols etched into the skin... They defy all medical logic. Each new discovery plunges them deeper into horror and awakens something dark in the basement. The routine calm of the job turns into a struggle for survival as the building seems to come to life. With no way out and surrounded by inexplicable forces, father and son must face a terrifying truth. Jane Doe's autopsy reveals a secret as ancient as it is lethal.
