3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The entire content of the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, and graphic design, is the property of the Company or of third parties who have authorised its use. The reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication and, in general, any other form of exploitation of this content is prohibited without the express written authorisation of the Company.
4. USE OF THE SITE
The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, these Terms and Conditions, and the instructions and warnings communicated to him/her. It is forbidden to use the Site for illegal purposes or purposes that may damage the image, interests and rights of the Company or third parties.
5. BUYING TICKETS
To purchase tickets for our outdoor cinema events, the user must follow the purchase procedure indicated on the Site. Tickets are sold exclusively online and delivered electronically to the email address provided by the user.
After completing the purchase, the user will receive a confirmation email with the tickets to be presented at the entrance of the event.
6. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICIES
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of tickets within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the date of the event has not passed. To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@solax.selvadigital.dev of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by means of an unequivocal statement.
Once the withdrawal period has expired, tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation of the event by the Company. In case of cancellation, a full refund of the ticket price will be offered.
In case of cancellation of the event, the refund will be made using the same method of payment with which the purchase was made, unless otherwise agreed.
7. RESPONSIBILITY
The Company shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the contents of the Site or for the availability of the Site. Nor shall the Company be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or any action taken on the basis of the information provided on the Site.
8. MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions, as well as the return and withdrawal policies, at any time. These modifications will be effective as soon as they are published on the Site.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise in relation to them shall be resolved by the courts of Valencia.
