The film Logan Lucky follows Jimmy Logan, a former American football player who, after losing his job, decides to change his fortune. Together with his brother Clyde, a war veteran who lost a hand, he devises an ambitious plan to commit a robbery during a busy NASCAR race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
To carry out the heist, they recruit Joe Bang, an eccentric explosives expert currently in prison, as well as his peculiar brothers. The plan involves a series of complex steps, from temporarily getting Joe out of jail to infiltrating the circuit's pneumatic tube system to access the money.
Throughout the operation, the Logans must constantly improvise to overcome unforeseen circumstances, the strict security of the event, and potential FBI intervention. With humour, wit, and an unconventional team, they attempt to pull off the perfect heist while proving that even the most unlikely can succeed.
